Medication Refills
The easiest way to request refills of your pet’s prescriptions or prescription diets is to log into your Otto.com account and request there. However, you can request medication refills on the pop up link on the right side of this page: Request a Prescription Refill. Please provide your information in this email including your first and last name, the patient’s name, the medication you would like refilled, and when you would like to pick it up. Please allow us 24 hours to fill your pet’s prescription.
Prescription Diets
We carry a variety of prescription feline and canine diets for your pet’s medical needs. Pet food may be ordered through our online pharmacy at Vetsource.com or through the pop up link on the right side of this page: Request a PRescription Refill.
Royal Canin, Purina, & Hills –
Placed on: Wednesday mornings. All orders must be received no later than 9:30am on Wednesday morning to ensure same week delivery. If you request your order later than 9:30am on Wednesday, we cannot guarantee your order will be placed until the following week.
Receive Food: Friday afternoons.
Please note: Prescription diet requests need to be received no later than Tuesday at 5pm to ensure delivery to the clinic the following Friday.
